Carl Marks Partner Christopher K. Wu to Discuss Buying Distressed Assets

Christopher K. Wu, Partner of Carl Marks Advisory Group LLC, will serve among a panel of experts discussing methods of purchasing distressed assets during Capital Connections, the Urban Land Institute's 3rd Annual South Carolina Capital Markets Conference. The conference is being held September 19-20, at Kiawah Island Golf Resort, SC.

The panel discussion, True Grit: Buying Distressed Assets, will review what viable projects in the capital markets look like in today's challenging economy and ways in which stakeholders can access, underwrite and finance these projects.
