Carl Marks Partner Christopher K. Wu on ABI's Complex Financial Restructuring Program Panel

Christopher K. Wu, Partner, Carl Marks Advisory Group LLC, will serve on a panel of financial and restructuring experts during the American Bankruptcy Institute's Eighth Annual Complex Financial Restructuring Program in New York, Wednesday, October 5, at the Fordham University School of Law.

The program offers a unique opportunity to gain an understanding of the roles played by investment bankers, financial advisors, and other stakeholders in insolvency and restructuring. A case study will be dramatized by industry professionals to illustrate the various perspectives of parties of interest, while examining strategic alternatives to gain the highest value for a troubled company.
