Carl Marks Advisory Group LLC (CMAG) joins conference founder McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP, the international law firm, to co-host the Fourth Annual Buying Trouble Conference in Atlanta on October 21.
The event will address current issues and trends affecting the distressed market through a series of panel discussions. Industry experts will examine business and legal challenges impacting business and financial transactions involving troubled companies, as well as explore the changing landscape.
Duff Meyercord, CMAG Partner, will moderate the panel discussion, Preserving and Recovering Value in Illiquid Times. Charlie Reardon, also a CMAG Partner, will serve on the panel.
