Carl Marks Managing Director Kristina Anderson Serves as Expert Panelist During ABI's 15th Annual Southeast Bankruptcy Workshop

During ABI's 15th Annual Southeast Bankruptcy Workshop, July 14-17, in Amelia Island, Fla., Carl Marks Advisory Group LLC Managing Director Kristina L. Anderson will be among featured financial and restructuring experts who will examine the behaviors and motivations of bankers in today's workout environment during the panel discussion, Understanding the Banker's Mindset.

Anderson is currently with Carl Marks' financial restructuring practice. She has nearly 20 years experience in commercial banking, including 10 years in a commercial workout division. Anderson will contribute this unique perspective to a diverse panel of experts as they discuss the factors and policies that drive the positions of the various parties in the restructuring and recovery process, with a focus on the bankers' decision making methods.
