Today's lending landscape is both scarce and selective, but that's not to say lending has ceased. Although the credit market has tightened substantially, loans are being made, and M&A deals are getting done. It just takes more effort to find the right lenders for the appropriate borrower.
Warren H. Feder, Partner, Carl Marks Advisory Group LLC, will moderate "Lenders Who Lend: An Endangered Species?"— a panel discussion presented by the Westchester Division of the New York Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.
The panel of credit experts will examine what lenders consider to be determining factors in a company's ability to get a loan and how executives can position their organizations or transactions for a successful credit facility.
The discussion will take place Thursday, Feb. 19, 7:30 - 9:30 a.m. at the Castle on the Hudson in Tarrytown, N.Y.
In addition to Feder, panelists are: |
