Peter N. Schaeffer, Partner, Carl Marks Advisory Group LLC, will serve as moderator for the Turnaround Management Association's (TMA) Webinar, Retail 2009–Is There a Light at the End of the Tunnel?, being held Wednesday, February 18, Noon—1:00 p.m. EST.
