Chris Lynch, APR
Senior Vice President
With more than twenty years experience in creating and implementing
award-winning communications programs, Chris Lynch honed his skills
in both the agency and corporate settings.
Prior to joining the firm in 1991, Chris held several key marketing
positions with both PPG Industries and The Sherwin-Williams Company.
His background in communications, strategic planning, media relations,
advertising and product introduction played an important role in
expanding these companies consumer and professional market
shares.
His experience with clients in both the consumer and business-to-business
marketplace also produced a number of success stories. He has developed
and supervised effective major public affairs, media relations,
product launches, promotional and sports marketing campaigns for
such well-known organizations as Xerox, Dutch Boy, Moen, Allsteel, National City, GenCorp,
General Motors, The Home Depot, Dirt Devil, 3M, Aon Risk Services,
Amerisure, and GE Lighting.
Chris credits this success to his direct involvement and hands-on
experience in the many facets of communications, along with his
ongoing emphasis on strategic-driven programs. Add in his corporate
and agency marketing background, and it provides a well-rounded
view of just how the media, employees, distributors, shareholders,
board of directors, and end-use consumers will react to your next
public relations or marketing campaign.
A graduate of Central Michigan Universitys Journalism and
Public Relations programs, Chris has received more than 50 regional
and national industry honors including Gold and Best of Show awards
from both the Detroit and Cleveland area BMA (Business Marketing
Association) chapters, district and national PRSA and international
"PR-Bulldog" associations. He is an accredited member
of the Public Relations Society of America, serves on its National Board of Directors and is past President of the
Greater Cleveland Chapter. He is also a senior member of its national
Counselors Academy, a certified consultant with the Institute for
Crisis Management, and a Director on the Board for the Arthritis
