Tando Building Products – Exterior Cladding

A series of bold print and digital campaigns created for Tando sparked website traffic and supported the launch of an experience-driven inspiration hub, resulting in an immediate 64% traffic increase, with more than 60% of time spent on newly developed inspiration pages. In addition, Tando secured more than 100 new Tando network dealers during the campaign.

FrogTape – Painter’s Tape

Our promotional efforts of FrogTape’s Paintover Challenge® Room Makeover Contest yielded a 59% increase in website traffic and a 94% increase in participation (votes) from the prior year. The contest was promoted through traditional media and a social strategy, and included content developed and leveraged via the brand’s relationship with celebrity designer Taniya Nayak (cultivated by Falls).

Kichler – Lighting

We achieved a 26% coverage increase and 76% audience increase for Kichler as a result of a proactive media relations campaign, and saw a 190% boost of Instagram followers in three months. We elevated Kichler’s awareness among consumers and the company gained valuable insight into their target audiences – from their path to purchase, digital touchpoints and other potential engagement opportunities.

Springs Window Fashions – Window Coverings

We implemented the custom window treatment brand’s first-ever proactive public relations campaign to help further position Graber as a market leader and drive lead generation. An integral part of this effort was the development of a comprehensive media kit and strategy. With specific communications objectives in mind, our focus included media relations and influencer marketing, as well as media measurement, analysis and reporting.

Duck Brand – Duct Tape

Duck® brand Duck Tape® continues to be a media darling—gaining numerous national media placements each year—due to Falls’  imaginative and unique media relations campaigns.  We developed and executed strategic media relations campaigns over the last seven years to enhance the brand’s image in the eyes of consumers and media in the DIY, Maker and craft arenas.

Moen – Kitchen/Bath

We elevated Moen’s profile at a duo of annual trade shows – KBIS and CES – and achieved more than 786M media impressions around these events. As part of a comprehensive media relations strategy, relationships with top-tier contacts in the plumbing, tech, lifestyle and kitchen and bath design space were leveraged to ensure a consistent flow of media meetings and tours.


We boosted Vitamix brand awareness among Millennials, securing 50% of blender coverage in top Millennial-focused media outlets. Ten competitors split the remaining half. We earned five online features solely focused on Vitamix product experiences—these articles alone reached an audience of well over 30 million. 

Improvements – Home Products

We developed and executed a four-week paid social content campaign for Improvements that drove more than 37,000 visits to product pages on their website, generating nearly 1.5 million brand impressions. This gave a massive boost to related organic content on the company’s social media platforms.

Tando/Novik – Siding

As a result of a comprehensive media relations outreach strategy, compared to direct competitors, we helped Vitamix achieve a 48% Share of Voice and 48% Prominence & Impact, with the additional 10 competitors splitting the remaining share. This custom content campaign was developed to resonate with Vitamix’s millennial target audience, positioning the products as “transformational” and sought-after tools to improve life experiences and everyday wellness.
