Encouraging Men to Embrace Pink
Falls continues to support the Susan G. Komen of Northeast Ohio Pink Tie Guy campaign in 2015. The initiative kicks off Breast Cancer Awareness month with an event for men only. It raises money and increases the number of male ambassadors devoted to eliminating breast cancer on behalf of the women closest to them. Traditionally viewed as girly, pink is a symbol of hope, courage and strength. The pink ties, designed once again by Falls, bring the region’s male voices and support to the urgency of finding a cure.
Falls is pleased to welcome Hayden Harrison to the agency team as assistant account executive. Prior to a Falls internship, Hayden had stints as an editorial assistant at Sunset magazine, the Society of American Travel Writers and as a Cleveland Metro Schools substitute teacher.LEARN MORE

Making prom memories that stick
Falls Communications helped show the creativity Duck Tape® can unleash through the story of two high school kids who combined 39 rolls of Duck Tape®, 90 hours and a little imagination to craft amazing DIY prom outfits for the Duck® brand Stuck at Prom® Scholarship Contest. After taking home the top spot (and $20,000 in scholarships), the couple’s prom picture splashed everywhere from top-tier news sites to late-night television. They may be the only people in history proud of their prom pictures after 20 years.
Viewing Insurance Differently
Instead of spending billions of dollars on advertising, quirky spokespeople and gimmicks, Falls helped Erie Insurance compete against national industry giants with our most valuable tool – creative brainpower. We worked with Erie to unearth newsworthy happenings within the company and found gold. A small team was experimenting with Google Glass, researching new ways to use the technology to improve business practices. Together, we transformed this untold story into one that put a national media spotlight on Erie Insurance and positioned it as an industry innovator.
Telling a Significant Acquisition Story
Falls Communications designed and implemented an integrated communications strategy to support A. Schulman’s $800-million acquisition of Citadel. The strategy focused on educating investors on the merits of the deal, engaging all stakeholders through timely updates, targeted media placements and digital tools.
